As a funeral celebrant, Julie is dedicated to learning about your loved one's life - who they were. She always begins by asking for a photo, so she can visualize the person whose life story she will be sharing with respect, compassion, and authenticity.

The role of a funeral celebrant is to assist you with the flow and content of the service - to celebrate the life lived, recognize the grief felt, and commence the healing process. When planning a funeral service, having someone who listens and gently asks the right questions is invaluable in crafting a service that is unique to your loved one. Julie understands this is a challenging time, and she embodies calmness, gentleness, empathy, consideration, and organization.

Memorial Services

Memorial services, often held after the loss on significant dates like anniversaries or special occasions such as Mother's Day or Father's Day, provide a time for reflection and thanksgiving. Julie is compassionate and empathetic to the needs of those navigating these difficult times and can assist with organizing the memorial and/or leading the service.

She appreciates the sensitivity required and will ensure this day runs smoothly.
