Simple Ceremony - Just the Legals

A short, simple ceremony that covers just the legal formalities

Inclusions:

• initial phone call or Zoom meeting to check me out

• face to face meeting to get the process started - signing the Notice Of Intended Marriage (NOIM)

• contact via email, messages and phone calls 

• completion and lodgement of all legal documentation to Births, Deaths & Marriages

• supply of table and chairs (if required) 

Mon-Thurs (up to 10 people in attendance)

Fri-Sun let's chat to see if Julie is available

from $600* plus GST 

witnesses can be added at the cost of $100 each (2x required, 18+ and comprehend  English or an official interpreter is needed)

Traditional Ceremony - not so simple, but no bells & whistles 

• initial phone call or Zoom meeting to check me out

• face to face meeting to start the legalities and get to know you - signing the Notice Of Intended Marriage (NOIM)

• subsequent meetings, usually 6-8 weeks prior to your ceremony (can be done face to face or via Zoom) to go over all the details and up to ten days prior to your ceremony (face to face), to sign the Declaration of No Legal Impediment (DNLI)

• contact via email, messages and phone calls 

• supply of Micro Pro PA system (with blu-tooth connectivity ), headset microphone and wireless hand-held microphone

• completion and lodgement of all legal documentation to Births, Deaths & Marriages

• supply of table and chairs (if required) 

from $900* plus GST

Premium Ceremony - all the bells & whistles

A bespoke ceremony to set the tone for your celebrations and married life!

Inclusions:

• initial phone call or Zoom meeting to check me out  

• face to face meeting to get to know you, learn about your love story and your vision for your special day - don't worry if you're not sure, Julie has plenty of suggestions! And to sign the all important Notice Of Intended Marriage (NOIM)

• subsequent meetings, usually 6-8 weeks prior to your ceremony (can be done face to face or via Zoom) to go over all the details and up to ten days prior to your ceremony (face to face), to sign the Declaration of No Legal Impediment (DNLI)

• contact via email, messages and phone calls, anytime 

• writing of a personalised ceremony, unique to you and your love story

• rehearsal ceremony (if required)

• supply of Micro Pro PA system (with blu-tooth connectivity ), headset microphone and wireless hand-held microphone

• a commemorative copy of your ceremony

• supply of table and chairs (if required)

• completion and lodgement of all legal documentation to Births, Deaths & Marriages

from $1200* plus GST

Wedding Ceremony + MC service

all the inclusions of the premium ceremony listed above plus Julie managing the flow of your celebrations!  Allow your guests to enjoy your celebration, leave the organising to Julie, she'll keep everything on track, add some humour and liaise with all suppliers
